  • Originality: The submission must be original work and should not have been published or under consideration elsewhere.
  • Peer Review: Submissions will undergo peer review by experts in the field. Authors may be required to revise their work based on reviewer feedback.
  • Acceptance and Publication: Articles are not considered accepted until a formal acceptance letter has been issued by the editorial team. Publication may be subject to formatting or editing.
  • Preprints: Authors may be allowed to submit preprints but should check the our journal’s policy on preprints and prior publications.
  1. Copyright and Licensing
  • Copyright Ownership: Authors usually retain copyright to their work unless they agree to transfer copyright to the journal or publisher. The terms will specify whether authors retain copyright or assign it to the journal.
  • License to Publish: If copyright is transferred or licensed, the journal may have the right to publish the article and distribute it in various formats (e.g., print, digital).
  • Open Access: Green Valley journal require open access or allow authors to choose open access for their articles. Terms related to open access (e.g., article processing charges or licensing) will be specified.
  • Reuse of Content: The terms will specify how authors and others can reuse content from the journal, including licensing options like Creative Commons.
  1. Ethical Guidelines
  • Authorship: Only those who have contributed significantly to the research and manuscript preparation should be listed as authors. Any changes to authorship must be agreed upon by all parties.
  • Plagiarism and Misconduct: Submissions should not involve plagiarism, fabrication, or falsification of data.

Green valley journal uses both open access and subscription article copyright policy

  • Article Processing Charges (APC): for open access articles, green valley journal demands publication fees that authors need to pay upon acceptance. These charges cover administrative and publication costs.
  • Waivers and Discounts: Green valley journal offers waivers or discounts for authors from low-income countries or for certain types of articles
  • For subscription articles, readers are requested to pay for article accessing.
  • Green valley journal accepts free access policy for the first four issue.  
  1. Privacy and Data Protection
  • Personal Data: The journal may collect and store personal data of authors, reviewers, and subscribers in accordance with data protection laws.
  • Confidentiality: Submissions, reviewer comments, and other materials associated with the review process are confidential and should not be disclosed by reviewers, editors, or authors without permission.

  • Withdrawal of Manuscript: Authors may withdraw their manuscript before formal acceptance but may be required to provide a reason for withdrawal.

  • Distribution Rights: Green Valley journal reserve the right to distribute articles via different platforms, including electronic databases, websites, and archives.

  • Accuracy of Content: Green Valley journal disclaim responsibility for any inaccuracies or errors in the published articles and their interpretation.
  • Liability for Content: The authors are typically responsible for the content and accuracy of their articles. Green Valley journal is not liable for any legal issues arising from the publication of the article.
  1. Amendments to the Terms
  • Right to Change Terms: Green Valley journal reserves the right to amend or update the terms and conditions at any time. Authors and users should periodically review the terms.
  • Notification of Changes: Authors and users will typically be notified of any significant changes to the journal's policies, particularly those that affect submissions and publication.
